I realized that many people would resist writing in the book for various reasons and so I decided to create a separate workbook for those who don’t like writing in books

This workbook has been created as a separate document so that the exercises can be downloaded to allow the user to work through the exercises on their computer or as a printed work book with flexibility to enlarge spaces.

The workbook does not replace the original book. I have not just copied the exercises. I have tried to include an overview of the concepts in the book. The exercises provide tools for processing events in the present and the past: putting the past in the past and freeing us to be fully present in the present.
